Fat: 27.46g | Prot: 53.12g | Carb: 56.05g.   Breakfast:  Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Organic Stevia, liquid dietary supplement omni IV, Coffee. Lunch:  Tap Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Spicy Brown Mustard, Spinach, Minced Garlic, Salmon, Sea Salt Grissini, Strawberries. Dinner:  Extra Lean Ground Beef, Cooked Japanese (Daikon) Radish (Fat Added in Cooking), Cheese Dip (Other Than Cream Cheese). Snacks/Other:  Organic Stevia, Gala Apples, Tap Water, Cinnamon, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries.
