Fat: 40.10g | Prot: 55.24g | Carb: 122.29g.   Breakfast: coffee creamer, egg beaters, Kellogg's nutri grain cereal bar, salsa picante. Lunch: farm rich meatballs, green giant just for one, starbucks chai tea. Dinner: Chicken, kraft bbq sauce , s & w black beans. Snacks/Other: famous dave's pickles.
