Fat: 72.86g | Prot: 103.21g | Carb: 13.44g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Country Style Pork Sausage, egg, olive oil, water. Lunch:  celery, chicken stock cube, coffee, evaporated milk, onion, water, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Dinner:  baby spinach, cheese, chicken breast, oil, water.
