Fat: 57.59g | Prot: 84.83g | Carb: 244.65g.   Breakfast:  Buttermilk (Lowfat, Cultured), Tea with Milk and Sugar, Multigrain Bagel, Cream Cheese, Banana Nut Bread. Lunch:  Turkey Lite (Regular). Dinner:  Fish Sandwich with Spread on Bun, Vegetable Soup (Canned, Condensed), Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Zone Perfect Trail Mix, Mojo Bar - Peanut Butter Pretzel.
