Fat: 57.59g | Prot: 84.83g | Carb: 244.65g.   Breakfast:  Banana Nut Bread, Buttermilk (Lowfat, Cultured), Cream Cheese, Multigrain Bagel, Tea with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  Turkey Lite (Regular). Dinner:  Fish Sandwich with Spread on Bun, Red Table Wine, Vegetable Soup (Canned, Condensed). Snacks/Other:  Mojo Bar - Peanut Butter Pretzel, Zone Perfect Trail Mix.
