Lunch:  bob's red mill quinoa, butternut winter squash, Celery, kale, Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth, nature's basket chicken, No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes, Onions. Dinner:  avocado, giant eagle turkey. Snacks/Other:  All Natural Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter, Baby Carrots, earth balance coconut, kashi chewy, Light Mozzarella String Cheese, naturally more, Nutritional Yeast Powder, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Yellow Popping Corn.
