Lunch:  kale, Nature's Basket Organic Golden Roasted Turkey Breast, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Artisan Fold It Flatbread - 5 Grain Flax, Sweet Red Peppers, avocado. Dinner:  Sweet Potato Quinoa Cakes (75 grams per patty), salmon, zucchini, mushroom. Snacks/Other:  black raspberries, Blueberries, Clementines, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Baby Carrots, Yellow Popping Corn, All Natural Rich Roast Creamy Peanut Butter, naturally more, Nutritional Yeast Powder, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, earth balance coconut, fage, hummus.
