Fat: 41.51g | Prot: 104.69g | Carb: 153.88g.   Breakfast:  ancient harvest quinoa flakes (1/2 cup), Bananas, unsweetened vanilla almond milk (1/2 cup), Bob's red mill chia seeds (1 tsp), Total 2% Greek Yogurt, smart balance peanut butter, strawberry, egg white, blueberries, giant eagle 1% cottage cheese. Lunch:  red pepper, Tomatoes, Nature's Basket All Natural Chicken Breast, fresh express italian, avocado, cucumber, nature's basket turkey. Dinner:  Steamed or Boiled Lobster, Shrimp, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Hard Parmesan Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens, Superior Rum, Green String Beans. Snacks/Other:  baby carrots, Yellow Popping Corn, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain English Muffins, smart balance peanut butter, Nutritional Yeast Powder, strawberry.
