Fat: 41.51g | Prot: 104.69g | Carb: 153.88g.   Breakfast:  ancient harvest quinoa flakes (1/2 cup), Bananas, blueberries, Bob's red mill chia seeds (1 tsp), egg white, giant eagle 1% cottage cheese, smart balance peanut butter, strawberry, Total 2% Greek Yogurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk (1/2 cup). Lunch:  avocado, cucumber, fresh express italian, Nature's Basket All Natural Chicken Breast, nature's basket turkey, red pepper, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Green String Beans, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Mixed Salad Greens, Shrimp, Steamed or Boiled Lobster, Superior Rum. Snacks/Other:  baby carrots, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain English Muffins, Nutritional Yeast Powder, smart balance peanut butter, strawberry, Yellow Popping Corn.
