Lunch:  Spinach, Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Colavita Aged White Wine Vinegar. Dinner:  Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Olive Oil, Spinach, Colavita Aged White Wine Vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Shake, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate Supreme, Egg, Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese.
