Fat: 89.83g | Prot: 96.09g | Carb: 234.89g.   Breakfast:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Original Buttery Spread, Post Raisin Bran, soymilk organic original. Lunch:  Cholesterol Free Canola Mayonnaise, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Navels Oranges, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  Breakfast Strata, Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Honey Vanilla Bean, Slow Churned Rich & Creamy No Sugar Added Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
