Fat: 84.98g | Prot: 89.77g | Carb: 203.00g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg without Fat, Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Original Buttery Spread. Lunch:  Cholesterol Free Canola Mayonnaise, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Navels Oranges, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Sweet Southern Heat Barbecue Potato Chips. Dinner:  Chicken Tortilla Soup Especial, Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Mini Quiche, Red Seedless Grapes.
