Lunch:  Carl's Jr. Natural Cut Fries (Medium), Carl's Jr. Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Dinner:  McDonald's McChicken, Market Pantry Wheat Sandwich Bread, Oscar Myer Oven Roasted White Turkey. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids).
