Dinner:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Toasted Dried Coconut. Snacks/Other:  Chicken Breast (4 oz), Mixed Beans, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Sports Whey, Coconut Oil, Bran Flakes.
