Lunch:  Tonfisk i Vatten (Konserverad), Tine Mager Kesam, Isbergssallad (Inkluderar Crisphead Typer), Tomater, Gurka (med Skal). Dinner:  Tomater, Salsa, Gurka (med Skal), Isbergssallad (Inkluderar Crisphead Typer), Lökar, Köttfärs (90% Mager / 10% Fett), Tine Mager Kesam. Snacks/Other:  Kokt Ägg, Smör, Fullkornsbröd.
