Lunch:  Gurka (med Skal), Isbergssallad (Inkluderar Crisphead Typer), Tine Mager Kesam, Tomater, Tonfisk i Vatten (Konserverad). Dinner:  Gurka (med Skal), Isbergssallad (Inkluderar Crisphead Typer), Köttfärs (90% Mager / 10% Fett), Lökar, Salsa, Tine Mager Kesam, Tomater. Snacks/Other:  Fullkornsbröd, Kokt Ägg, Smör.
