Fat: 92.09g | Prot: 178.74g | Carb: 127.67g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Carrots, Salmon. Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Carrots, Corn, Cucumber (with Peel), Egg, Liberty Tzatziki, Mayonnaise, Salad Dressing, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beef Stock, Carrots, Olive Oil, Pork, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Boston Cream Pie Cake, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Tuna in Water (Canned).
