Fat: 92.09g | Prot: 178.74g | Carb: 127.67g.   Breakfast:  Carrots, Boiled Egg, Salmon. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise, Corn, Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Bell Peppers, Egg, Liberty Tzatziki. Dinner:  Pork, Olive Oil, Carrots, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Beef Stock. Snacks/Other:  Boston Cream Pie Cake, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Tuna in Water (Canned), Chicken (Skin Not Eaten).
