Fat: 83.55g | Prot: 113.76g | Carb: 113.95g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Whole Wheat Bread, Butter, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked). Lunch:  Mayonnaise, Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Boiled Egg, Jason's Deli Ceasar Dressing, Lettuce, Tuna in Water (Canned), Carrots. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Trader Joe's Light Coconut Milk, Brown Rice, Onions, Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Dutch Farms Non-Fat Yogurt.
