Fat: 105.27g | Prot: 120.51g | Carb: 158.17g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Whole Wheat Bread, Butter, Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Mayonnaise, Carrots, Village Hearth New England Brown Bread, Chicken. Dinner:  Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Tortilla, Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Light Sour Cream, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Bell Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts, Potato Chips.
