Fat: 42.58g | Prot: 93.29g | Carb: 116.83g.   Breakfast:  Boiled egg, Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Light Cream Cheese. Lunch:  egg, carrots, cabbage, tomato sauce, ground beef, low low ost, Appetina ost. Dinner:  turkey, sweet and sour. Snacks/Other:  Granola bar, Yogurt, chocolate mint (marinne), rice cake.
