Fat: 28.01g | Prot: 96.36g | Carb: 142.80g.   Breakfast:  banana, Iced Coffee - Vanilla. Lunch:  800 lb, hamburger no bun, water. Dinner:  baked potato, frozen broccoli, grilled chicken, light sour cream daisy.
