Fat: 28.01g | Prot: 96.36g | Carb: 142.80g.   Breakfast:  Iced Coffee - Vanilla, banana. Lunch:  water, hamburger no bun, 800 lb. Dinner:  grilled chicken, baked potato, light sour cream daisy, frozen broccoli.
