Fat: 59.37g | Prot: 73.43g | Carb: 118.87g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar, Coffee, Oatmeal. Lunch:  black beans, Chips (Side), lettuce, mexican rice, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Blueberries, Draught (Can), Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Slivered Almonds, Spinach, Strawberry Chardonnay Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  iced tea, Water.
