Fat: 40.44g | Prot: 40.38g | Carb: 232.86g.   Breakfast:  Apple Butter, natural quick oats, apple. Lunch:  vegetable combo Brown Rice 12 piece, Jenny's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili, Food Should Taste Good Multigrain Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Whole Grain Penne Pasta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Panko Breadcrumbs - Original, Eggplant, White Wheat Flour (All Purpose), Spaghetti Sauce with Vegetables (Homemade-Style). Snacks/Other:  Natural Simply Salted Popcorn, Cocoa Roast Almonds.
