Fat: 94.24g | Prot: 50.74g | Carb: 215.48g.   Breakfast:  Butter , Cheerios, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Light Cream, No Calorie Sweetener, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Bologna, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain) . Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), johnsonville brat, Sour Cream, Tomatoes, White Balsamic & Honey Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Belgian White Beer, Crunchy Granola Bars - Maple Brown Sugar, Ice Pop, lemonade.
