Fat: 172.80g | Prot: 235.05g | Carb: 99.20g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Organic Lamb Burgers. Lunch:  Soft Boiled Egg. Dinner:  Beef, Cooked Leek. Snacks/Other:  Almond Butter, Amino Acids, Avocados , Celery , Fish Oil, Greensuperfood, Mung Beans (Mature Seeds, Sprouted) , My Protein Vegan Blend, Pumpkin Seeds, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, Whole Husk Psyllium.
