Fat: 56.29g | Prot: 229.17g | Carb: 204.16g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Steamed or Poached Salmon. Lunch:  6" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Mediterranean - Style Fishcakes, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Bio Synergy Whey, Fish Oil, Granulated Sugar , Greensuperfood, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, Whole Husk Psyllium.
