Fat: 134.96g | Prot: 64.07g | Carb: 31.92g.   Breakfast:  cheddar, coffee, eggs, heavy cream, low sodium bacon, red bell pepper. Lunch:  Al's BBQ Sauce, Al's mayonnaise, Anna Choklad - less almond butter, Brandy Balls, broccoli, butter, coffee, lucerne heavy whipping cream, ribeye steak. Dinner:  almonds, avocado, coffee, girards champagne dressing, kraft parmesan, lucerne heavy whipping cream, ribeye steak, romaine lettuce, wishbone caesar dressing. Snacks/Other:  coffee, Flax Meal Bread without nuts, lucerne heavy whipping cream, pecans.
