Fat: 136.20g | Prot: 92.85g | Carb: 24.90g.   Breakfast: avocado, cheddar, coffee, eggs, heavy cream, low sodium bacon, red bell pepper. Lunch: almonds, Al's BBQ Sauce, coconut oil, kraft parmesan, leg of lamb. Dinner: Anna Choklad with Almond butter, chicken thigh, kraft parmesan, pecans, romaine lettuce, wishbone caesar dressing. Snacks/Other: Brandy Balls, coffee, coffee, Flax/Carbquick bread, heavy cream, heavy cream, jarlsberg lite.
