Fat: 130.98g | Prot: 80.32g | Carb: 291.01g.   Breakfast:  Plain Bread Sticks. Lunch:  Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Hard Rolls (Includes Kaiser). Dinner:  Slow Simmered Tender Beef Sandwich, French Fries, Crunchy Onion Rings (Side). Snacks/Other:  Light Beer.
