Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Kraft Singles Fat Free, Olive Oil, San Remo. Dinner:  Broccoli, Carrot, Chicken Breast, French Beans, Olive oil. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Gold Standard, Almonds, Black Powder, Egg, Fat Free Smoked Ham, Kraft Singles, Lettuce, Whole Wheat Bread.
