Breakfast: blueberry greek yogurt, half and half, vanilla scone. Lunch: edamame, lobster salad, miso soup, seaweed, spinach, sushi rice. Dinner: cherry tomato, crab cakes, homemade salad dressing, salad. Snacks/Other: chocolate covered almonds, mixed nuts, vitafusion fiber.
