Lunch: Better than Bouillon Vegetable Base, Clif Bar Blueberry Crisp. Dinner:  Nish Nosh, Amy's Bowls Mexican Casserole, Gardein Ultimate Beefless Burger, Garden Lites Broccoli Souffle, pinot noir wine, Valley Fresh Steamers Basil Vegetable Medley.
