Fat: 41.19g | Prot: 75.71g | Carb: 47.84g.   Breakfast:  bar s bacon, egg, grapefruit. Lunch:  baby carrots, baby spinach, chicken of the sea pink salmon, newmans own olive oil and vinager. Dinner:  grapefruit, mustard greens, thinly sliced chicken breast.
