Fat: 34.88g | Prot: 69.83g | Carb: 183.95g.   Breakfast:  gatorade g2, soy milk, coffee. Lunch:  double fiber english muffin, pineapple chunks, pizza sauce, fat free shredded cheese kraft. Dinner:  tofu, ground pork, pizza sauce, bread crumbs, baked beans. Snacks/Other:  100 calorie packs yogurt pretzels, baby carrots.
