Fat: 152.04g | Prot: 130.51g | Carb: 70.28g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Organic Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Artisan Fold It Flatbread - 5 Grain Flax, Avocados , Boiled Egg, Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges, Pistachio Nuts , Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad. Snacks/Other:  Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Roasted Seaweed Snack Packs, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Vegetable Root Chips, Whole Milk Old Fashioned Ricotta Cheese.
