Fat: 152.04g | Prot: 130.51g | Carb: 70.28g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Organic Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Artisan Fold It Flatbread - 5 Grain Flax, Pistachio Nuts , Boiled Egg, Avocados , Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad. Snacks/Other:  Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Whole Milk Old Fashioned Ricotta Cheese, Roasted Seaweed Snack Packs, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Vegetable Root Chips.
