Fat: 29.74g | Prot: 76.15g | Carb: 209.09g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  apple, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Kale, kiwi, Lemons (Without Peel). Dinner:  Bear & Wolf Premium Skinless Boneless Pink Salmon in Water, Campbell's Chunky Grilled Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. Snacks/Other:  Holy Land Jalapeno Hummus, Nabisco Triscuit Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers.
