Fat: 76.01g | Prot: 70.86g | Carb: 70.16g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked). Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Tomatoes, Cooked Celery, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Onions. Dinner:  Ground Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat), Tomatoes, Avocado, Romaine Hearts, Onions, Cilantro, Traditional Salsa (Mild). Snacks/Other:  Tangerine, Bananas.
