Fat: 76.01g | Prot: 70.86g | Carb: 70.16g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Egg. Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Celery, Onions, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Avocado, Cilantro, Ground Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat), Onions, Romaine Hearts, Tomatoes, Traditional Salsa (Mild). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Tangerine.
