Fat: 92.24g | Prot: 143.60g | Carb: 73.93g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Sausage, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Deli Sliced Ham, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Country Style Pork Sausage, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers. Lunch:  Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk. Dinner:  Eggplant Parmesan Casserole, Chicken Breast, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Organic Spring Mix, Vinaigrette Dressing, Cheddar Style Shreds, Ortega tortilla strips, Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted).
