Fat: 88.95g | Prot: 138.66g | Carb: 83.44g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Cheddar Style Shreds. Lunch:  Ortega tortilla strips, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Bacon, Organic Spring Mix, Ortega tortilla strips, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Turkey Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chips, Raw Protein Chocolate Cacao, Sunflower Seed Butter (Without Salt), Unsweetened Flax Milk.
