Fat: 29.93g | Prot: 85.73g | Carb: 150.15g.   Breakfast:  almond milk vanilla unsweetened, chia seeds, chocolate whey protein, oatmeal. Lunch:  Blueberries, Carrots, Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese Spread, Grapes, Mushrooms, pear, sandwich thins, strawberry, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Oriental Style Beef and Rice Noodle Soup (Vietnamese Pho Bo).
