Fat: 111.35g | Prot: 87.31g | Carb: 273.90g.   Breakfast:  Fiber Supplement, Quaker True Delights Instant Oatmeal Wild Blueberry Muffin, Daily Multi Vitamins & Minerals, Great Value Acai Mixed Berry 100% Vegetable & Fruit Juice, Frosted Flakes, 2% Fat Milk, Cream Puff. Lunch:  Crab and Corn Chowder, Charbroiled Shrimp Quesadilla. Dinner:  Frosted Flakes, 2% Fat Milk. Snacks/Other:  Beef Jerky , Nilla Wafers.
