Fat: 39.60g | Prot: 73.80g | Carb: 208.79g.   Breakfast:  bigelow green tea, Blueberries, Cinnamon, Hard-boiled Egg, Quaker Oatmeal, Tall nonfat latte. Lunch:  Campbell's Harvest Tomato with Basil, Carrots. Dinner:  Rosarita Refried Beans, Spicy Enchiladas with Pumpkin Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Orange, Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter.
