Fat: 74.85g | Prot: 109.39g | Carb: 253.70g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Bagel, Malt-O-Meal Golden Puffs, Trader Joe's Lite Havarti Cheese. Lunch:  Bagel, McDonald's Strawberry Triple Thick Shake (16 oz). Dinner:  Italian Bread, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs), Rotisserie Chicken.
