Fat: 77.65g | Prot: 118.58g | Carb: 222.68g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, Grits, nature valley almond, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  chik fil a diet lemonade, chik fil a fries, chik fil a sandwich. Dinner:  100 Calorie Sandwich Rolls, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Pork Roast, White Rice.
