Fat: 48.92g | Prot: 81.66g | Carb: 298.35g.   Breakfast:  coffee mate, frosted mini wheats, milk. Lunch:  andouille Sausage, eggs, mushrooms. Dinner:  basmati rice, Cherry Coke (20 oz), chili hormel, corn bread. Snacks/Other:  canned peaches, fat free cottage cheese, Pecan Roll-Ups, skinny cow sandwich.
