Fat: 90.87g | Prot: 76.51g | Carb: 210.71g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Croissant, Orange Juice, Scrambled Egg, Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  Bits & Bites, Caffeine Free Coke (Can). Dinner:  Butter, French Rolls, Rice Pilaf, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  High Life Beer, Mixed Salad Greens.
