Lunch:  lettuce, cherry tomatoes, ground chicken, pinto beans, cheese shredded, onions, spanish rice, fat free sour cream. Dinner:  lettuce, ground turkey, pinto beans, spanish rice, fat free sour cream, onions, cilantro. Snacks/Other:  market pantry potato chips, fat free sour cream.
