Fat: 91.11g | Prot: 86.93g | Carb: 211.66g.   Breakfast:  French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, pancake, light pancake syrup, turkey hot dog. Lunch:  mixed greens, poppyseed fat free panera, cherry tomatoes. Dinner:  Hot Wings, pepperoni pizza dominos, dominoes pasta. Snacks/Other:  ritz, laughing cow, pecan roll, trail.
