Fat: 54.13g | Prot: 85.30g | Carb: 193.46g.   Breakfast:  coffee, milk, maple syrup, belgian waffle. Lunch:  turkey meatloaf, tomato, romaine, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, red onion. Dinner:  gardennay mushroom, weight watchers multigrain flat roll, kraft singles fat free, banana. Snacks/Other:  milk, coffee, Triple Chocolate Biscotti, special dark chocolate chips.
