Fat: 32.01g | Prot: 49.49g | Carb: 96.10g.   Breakfast:  apple, banana, beet, spinach, carrot, honey, almond milk, frozen berry, greek yogurt, kirkland orange juice. Lunch:  sabatinos sausage, knudsen small curd cottage cheese, izze . Snacks/Other:  precious stringsters, AVOCADO.
