Fat: 101.73g | Prot: 86.46g | Carb: 181.24g.   Breakfast:  Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream. Lunch:  sandwich thins, spinach, pepperjack cheese, spicy mustard, alaskan salmon burgers, olive oil mayo. Dinner:  spicy chicken burrito, soft taco. Snacks/Other:  mrs mays trio, snickers fun size.
