Fat: 52.68g | Prot: 85.47g | Carb: 251.56g.   Breakfast:  apple, banana, beet, spinach, carrot, honey, almond milk, frozen berry, greek yogurt, kirkland orange juice, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate. Lunch:  Fried Battered Salmon, sticky rice, german chocolate cake. Dinner:  spinach ravioli. Snacks/Other:  pacific gold beef jerky, lemon poppyseed pound cake.
