Fat: 52.03g | Prot: 81.36g | Carb: 193.20g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, apple, banana, beet, carrot, frozen berry, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, greek yogurt, honey, kirkland orange juice, spinach. Lunch:  sabatinos sausage. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), icing, irish cream, lean pocket pretzel, White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies, zone chocolate peanut butter.
